Sarah Harding isn’t the only member of Girls Aloud going back to school.

As the St Trinians star slips on a uniform for the movie sequel, bandmate Nicola Roberts is also ready to be a student again.

She’s sharpening her pencils and packing a lunch box before heading off to college to brush up on her beauty skills.

Nic plans to launch a new range of Dainty Dolly cosmetics next year. And she’s told pals she wants to do her homework before putting them in the shops.

Nicola is looking into college courses to swot up on how to create the products and the effects they have on the skin.

A pal told us: “Nicola is serious about her beauty range and doesn’t want to put her name to anything she’s not 100% sure of.

She wants to know the ins and outs of everything, which is why she’s looking into doing a course.

“The range started off as a bit of fun for the TV show Passions of Girls Aloud.

“But now she’s focused on making Dainty Dolly work and, if that means going back to school to learn about the business, then she’s prepared to do it.”

Julian Perretta has revealed Girls Aloud would don wigs to hide in the crowd and watch him perform while he was supporting them on tour.

The Ride My Star singer – who is heading to the US next month to join the Perez Hilton Presents tour – said he had a lot of fun on the road with the girlband earlier this year.

Julian said: “They were lovely, really sweet and Nadine and Nicola would come and watch my set near enough every other night – they’d put wigs on and hats on and come and sit in the crowd which was quite funny.”

The Phantom Hugger of Old London Town was at it again last night – this time with Girls Aloud’s Nicola Roberts.

The singer was grabbed by the autograph hunter as she left the May Fair Hotel with boyfriend Charlie Fennell.

Other victims have included Jordan on Sunday night and poor old Louis Walsh a number of times. Where, and with whom, will The Phantom strike next?
