This week every girl’s favourite shop is holding the mother of all auctions. As part of its Dress Me Up charity, Topshop is auctioning celebrities’ dresses.They were donated in December to hire out but now the party season is over, frocks will be sold in aid of Age Concern and Help the Aged.
