Nicola Roberts is scared to perform without Girls Aloud

NICOLA ROBERTS is scared stiff of performing live without her GIRLS ALOUD bandmates.

She told MTV Music show On Set With Nicola Roberts, which airs at 2pm on Saturday: “I’m nervous and I’m dreading the night before.

“I know I’m going to be like losing half a stone in weight overnight, so I’m going to have to get meself into the zone.”

Nicola should ask ADELE for tips – she has admitted she throws up before some gigs because she’s so worried.
