Nicola debuted her blonder hair last night as she attended the Diana Award National Anti-Bullying Conference. She tweeted about it yesterday morning, and told fans she was meeting with Education Secretary Michael Gove to discuss how the Government can tackle online bullying.

She said at the conference: ‘I want to meet Michael Gove and find out what networks and support systems are in place. Speaking out about bullying is seen as not a cool thing to do but that mentality needs to change.’

New research showed 38 per cent of young people are affected by cyber-bullying, with 78 per cent expecting it to get worse.

We hope the meeting went well, and so proud Nicola is taking a stand on this serious issue.

  1. I have been a huge fan since I was little, but I went to the Diana awards conference and she really didn’t seem to make much effort. She sat and looked bored and often played with her phone, she wasn’t there long and being a member of a panel in front of over 300 people you would have thought she could have made a little more effort to at least seem interested. There were far more busy and important people on the panel and they managed to leave their phones alone.
