Nicola Roberts proved quite the foxy lady as she hit London’s Mayfair Hotel last night.
The Girls Aloud singer has become famous for experimenting with her style and she didn’t disappoint as she stepped out in a bold two-piece burnt orange suit.
While she was no doubt aiming for glamorous 70s retro feel, it came off looking a little like she’d borrowed the outfit from Wes Anderson’s upcoming film, Fantastic Mr Fox.
In a true display of colour co-ordination, the tweed ensemble even matched her shock of ginger hair. She polished off the look with red shoes, red nails and a classic Chanel handbag.
Nicola’s willingness to push the sartorial boundaries has made her something of a darling in the world of high fashion. It is a scene she has come to adore, mostly because it is where the unusual is celebrated.
She recently said: ‘I remember looking around at my first fashion party a year ago and thinking, “Oh. My. God. This is all about odd people. This is where I fit in. The fact that I have white skin and red hair is my thing.”
