They are Girls Aloud‘s two most regular party girls and last night Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding put on a dazzling double act

Sarah brightened up the evening in a below-the-knee gold and black sequinned dress, while Nicola went for old-fashioned glamour in a full-length emerald gown for the event at The Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, London.

Nicola, 24, towered in bright red heels, looking sophisticated at the star-studded event in aid of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Last week Sarah told Jonathan Ross she and her bandmates were taking a break from one another’s company, as well as the band.
But fans of the group will be pleased to see she and Nicola are obviously still on friendly terms.

Girls Aloud was created through ITV talent show Popstars: The Rivals in 2002 and has become one of the most successful British pop groups of the decade.

Nicola launched her own make-up range Dainty Doll, designed to flatter paler skins.
